FOR BETH!!

Things have been extremely hectic around here! Between shopping, crazy schedules & now Jack being sick, I have not sat down to blog in over a month! So this post is for Beth, who is one of our favorite readers! Beth works with Scott, and he informed me that she politely asked that I update the blog :) This post will probably be long!
