Bye Bye Baby Hair :(

Jack had his 1st haircut! I probably wouldn't have taken him so soon, however, he was developing a rat tail in the back & Scott gave him his own "haircut" at home a few weeks ago. I came home & was basically horrified. Scott used the kitchen scissors that came with our knife set. I walked in the house, he pulled the scissors out of his pocket (still don't know why that's where they were) and said "I did a bad thing!" He "trimmed" the hair above his ears and pretty much gave Jack a mullet. As bad as it was, it was still the cutest mullet I had ever seen!

So Scott & I took Jack to Tiny Trims, a place full of cool chairs to sit in & TV's everywhere. Jack chose to sit in the Jeep of course, because that is what mommy drives. We put his seat belt on & he went right for the steering wheel. He was so preoccupied with turning the wheel, I don't think he even realized someone was cutting his hair. It was sad watching his baby hair fall to the floor, but I snatched a whole handful up for his special keepsake box that Auntie Krissy gave him when he was born :)
